Orders

Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. Note that you will be charged at the time of validation of the order and not of its shipment.
The same day the Customer will receive an email confirming:

The details of the order are archived in accordance with Article L. 134-2 of the Consumer Code, for a period of ten years on a secure server. However, no credit card number is kept.
Payment
The price of the products purchased is payable in cash, in full on the day the order is placed by the Customer. Payment is made online, by credit card or the secure Paypal website. You confirm the conditions indicated on the payment page or Paypal page at the time of the transaction. Delivery
We advocate slow fashion, the limited series. The delivery time may therefore vary. If the product is in stock, allow two weeks (may vary depending on the destination of the product). If the product is not in stock, allow up to 1 month for delivery.
Delivery is only made after confirmation of payment. Your order will be delivered to the address indicated during your order by a carrier depending on the area. A tracking number will be sent to you by email when your order is shipped. Shipping costs are calculated and added automatically to your initial order (excluding free shipping). Any package returned to Bentivoglio Paris because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. Return costs are free (within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order).
Your signature will be requested upon delivery. In case of absence, a calling card is left in your mailbox and allows you to collect your package from the carrier. Packages are kept pending for seven (7) days.
Return and refund
Bentivoglio Paris cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers. In the event of non-receipt of a package within the time limits indicated, an investigation is conducted with the carrier.
Any sale may be resolved at the written request of the buyer, under the conditions provided for in articles l216-2 and l 216-3 of the consumer code.

We undertake to reimburse you within a maximum of 15 days after receipt and validation of your return to our workshop.
