Once your product choices have been made and your basket validated, you must:

Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. Note that you will be charged at the time of validation of the order and not of its shipment.

The same day the Customer will receive an email confirming:

- delivery costs including tax

The price of the products purchased is payable in cash, in full on the day the order is placed by the Customer. Payment is made online, by credit card or the secure Paypal website. You confirm the conditions indicated on the payment page or Paypal page at the time of the transaction. After checking the bank details, you will be informed whether the order has been validated or refused. In the event of a payment default, an incorrect address or any other problem on the Customer's account, Bentivoglio Paris reserves the right to block the Customer's order until the problem is resolved. We advocate slow fashion, the limited series. The delivery time may therefore vary. If the product is in stock, allow two weeks (may vary depending on the destination of the product). If the product is not in stock, allow up to 1 month for delivery.

Delivery is only made after confirmation of payment. Your order will be delivered to the address indicated during your order by a carrier depending on the area. A tracking number will be sent to you by email when your order is shipped. Shipping costs are calculated and added automatically to your initial order (excluding free shipping). Any package returned to Bentivoglio Paris because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. Return costs are free (within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order).

Your signature will be requested upon delivery. In case of absence, a calling card is left in your mailbox and allows you to collect your package from the carrier. Packages are kept pending for seven (7) days.

Return and refund

Bentivoglio Paris cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers. In the event of non-receipt of a package within the time limits indicated, an investigation is conducted with the carrier.
